UTIme is a battery backed timer/calendar module initially developed by Universal Technology, Inc. for the Adept Controller family (pre-MV controller). In 1992, RoboVision (the origin of Innovation Matrix, Inc.) acquired the product.

Due to increasing inquiries on this product, we have started to investigate the actual market needs so that we can offer this legacy product to loyal users.

With its battery backup feature, no operator intervention upon system power-up is required to maintain the current date & time for Adpet's pre MV Controllers. In addition, built-in EEPROM can be used to store key program/system parameters.

UTIme's simple installation program allows users to setup and run the module without computer programming knowledge.
